Welcome to Step Forward. By using stepforward.pk or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked on our website. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Products and information

We sell footwear, watches and related products. We try to present descriptions, sizing, availability and images accurately. Colours may look different on different screens. Check the product description and size information before ordering, and contact us if you need help choosing a size or understanding a product feature. An image or description does not create a warranty beyond what is expressly stated on the product page or required by law.

Prices and orders

Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Product price, delivery charge and any applicable charges are shown before you complete checkout. Placing an order is a request to buy; we may contact you to confirm details or availability. We may cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled, including where an item is out of stock or there is an obvious pricing or listing error. If payment was already collected, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.

Payments and delivery

The payment options available for your order are the ones shown at checkout. Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Shipping estimates, charges and delivery issues are covered in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and cancellations

Our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy explains eligibility, timeframes, shipping costs and how to request a remedy. It is available before purchase and forms part of these terms.

Website use and intellectual property

You may use this website for lawful personal shopping. Please do not interfere with its operation, misuse accounts, submit false information or reproduce our site content, images, logos or branding for commercial use without permission. Third-party marks, if any, belong to their respective owners.

Liability and applicable law

We do not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful, including applicable rights relating to defective goods or misleading representations. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. The version in effect when you placed an order governs that order unless the law requires otherwise.
